Wix doesn't currently offer live chat support, but you can get your questions answered by contacting Wix directly on social media, or by a fellow user on Wix's official forum.
While wix has been super fast on development time, and flexible on design.. we would like to see more technical support as their team is not very helpful and sometimea directs you to the help forums.
