Why can't I add a debit or credit card to my PayPal account?
I see that and can enter my Paypal password but then it asks me to add a credit card. However I already have a credit card on my Paypal. I only have one card so I can't add it again. For the heck of it I tried adding it again, but it cycles back to the page you have above and I still can't confirm and pay after that. Here is what I am seeing. May 06, 2014 · Alternatively, I imagine I can use a Canadian Credit Card linked to my U.S. Paypal to pay for my U.S. transactions - although it would mean I would lose some Canadian Money depending on whatever the the currency exchange would be at time of purchase since the U.S. dollar has been worth more than the Canadian for a while.
